DRND - Thanks for asking. Unfortunately I don’t know of a repair manual for the 1985 Toyota Corolla 3000. I think your best best is to find one from Haynes or Chilton.
What is scary is my wife owned a Toyota hybrid for 3 years. A couple times she told me that when she press on the brake it actually sped up the car. I thought she was imagining things.
